Team DB is a strategic communications firm that collaborates with purpose-driven organizations aligned with our mission of pushing transformative change forward.
With a focus on engaging young and multicultural communities, Team DB cultivates spaces to creatively reimagine culture. So far, we’ve worked with over 200 emerging changemakers, content producers, and strategists to amplify stories and create art that addresses systemic injustice.
Team DB is led by Dillon Bernard, a communications expert who has led digital strategy execution for historic social movements. Collectively, the movements he has supported have organized more than one million people in the streets and garnered over two billion impressions online.
